The idea for Bottega di Sguardi came about in 2014 from the vision of Simone Ghedini, an optician and passionate connoisseur of the eyewear world. From the beginning, his goal was to offer a selection different from that of traditional boutiques, favoring independent designers, artisanal productions, and hard-to-find collections. Over the years, he has built an international network that has led him to collaborate with some of the most authoritative companies in the sector, from Japan to Los Angeles, visiting manufacturers, meeting designers, and participating in major eyewear events. This continuous research still represents the heart of Bottega di Sguardi today and guides every choice, from brand selection to the development of proprietary collections.

The research that has always guided Bottega di Sguardi is not limited to selecting the best international designers. Over the years, it has transformed into a creative journey that has given rise to proprietary collections, exclusive collaborations, and a space dedicated to art, design, and experimentation. Each project is born from the vision of Simone Ghedini and is made in Italy, in collaboration with a historic manufacturer in Cadore. Refined materials and constant attention to detail give life to creations that combine tradition, innovation, and personality. This vision also includes Dentro, Bottega di Sguardi's creative space: a place dedicated to art, photography, design, and cultural cross-pollination, designed to host events, installations, and collaborations with artists and creatives. For us, creating means going beyond the object, transforming each project into an experience capable of narrating a worldview.
